"Kill-or-Cure Cold Remedy"
Our family drinks lots of this, & we think it helps keep us going, through the flu season. (with proper rest included.)
We try to taste - test a steak for flavor & tenderness, (usually Delmonico) from every beef we get slaughtered.
Our family enjoys steak, but when we get 12 beeves back at once, we have quite a steak eating affair - lasting for several days!
Here's our simple preparation, finished to just past 'rare'.
When you make dessert that has only high value ingredients - - it's more fun to eat it!
Especially when you can honestly tell yourself that it would be more healthy to eat it, than to skip it!
Sometimes we skip the cookbook, & make what appeals, with what is in the fridge, freezer, or cellar.

We like to fry Ground Beef to enjoy with our eggnog beverage, which continues to vary.
Lately we've begun to make it dairy free to accommodate a dairy allergy family member.
We were surprised how this mixture of flavors blended well.
Too many bananas makes it oddly too sweet, but each thing in it's right ratio, made an enjoyable flavor mixture.
