Organic Shredded Carrots; sometimes steamed
Cold Beans (Organic Great Northern Beans; presoaked, then baked)
Organic Celery; optional
Shredded Raw Cheese
Bacon or Ground Beef; or some of each
*Dressing (or Dip)
1/3 c. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
approx. 2/3 c. more olive oil
Honey ; according to preference
Dried Herbs ; varied
Blend first ingredients till smooth.
While blending, Slowly add more olive oil until it reaches
preferred thickness. Fold in sweetner & spices.
