Our Favorite Cake (without flour)

When you make dessert that has only high value ingredients - - it's more fun to eat it!
Especially when you can honestly tell yourself that it would be more healthy to eat it, than to skip it!
Directions
3 cups beans, soaked & cooked till soft (We found Great Northern to work the best, though you can use any.)
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla, optional
1/3 cup honey, or 1/2 tsp. liquid stevia
Put all in blender and blend till smooth (Beans seem to become smoother if blended while still warm.)
Then add;
1/4 cup lard, butter, or coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa, optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1 & 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Blend till smooth. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan @ 350' for 25 - 30 minutes.
Do not over bake.
Frosting;
1/2 cup honey
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup Peanut, Almond, or any Nut Butter,
(preferably Organic; since Peanuts are usually grown in the fields after cotton, which is sprayed heavily with chemicals.)
