Breakfast Special ~ Egg nog

We like to fry Ground Beef to enjoy with our eggnog beverage, which continues to vary.
Lately we've begun to make it dairy free to accommodate a dairy allergy family member.
We were surprised how this mixture of flavors blended well.
Too many bananas makes it oddly too sweet, but each thing in it's right ratio, made an enjoyable flavor mixture.

Directions
Bananas; a few; fresh or frozen
2 cups cold broth
1 cup water
1 tsp. cinnamon
18 egg yolks
A few frozen strawberries, mango, or whatever is available.
~Blend well, but not long, or it will become excessively foamy.
We like it cold; it then becomes thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Serves 7 - 8.
