WHOLE CHICKEN
1 chicken (4 lbs. average)
3 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika (optional)
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in fresh lemon juice, paprika, and 2 teaspoons salt. Brush chicken with butter mixture.
Cooking suggestion; 2.5 hours on 350' or 8 hours on 200'. (Or your own variation/version somewhere in-between.)
