Eighth Cow Shares include 40 - 50 lbs. of beef.  Including favorite cuts like ;
Delmonico Steak,
NY Strip Steak,
Filet Mignon,
London Broil,
Flat Iron Steak,
Chuck Roast, & Brisket and
Ground Beef and Patties.
An eighth cow will feed a family of 2 adults for half a year, eating beef twice per week.

From summer grilling season to holiday dinner parties, you can experience the practical convenience of having a broad selection of cuts in your freezer whenever needed. The time-saving conveniences along with the economical savings make  bundles a good choice for families who are serious about eating healthy every day!

Takes 2 cubic ft. freezer space.

How long will product last in my freezer?

Cuts will stay fresh up to one year in the freezer, as long as the vacuum seal has not been compromised. If a seal should happen to come loose, the product should be fine. Just use this package first. Once product has been thawed, they should be cooked within two to three days of refrigeration.

Purchasing bulk freezer meat can be down right confusing. Bulk freezer meat is typically sold by the hanging weight which means you don't always know your cost and how much meat you'll actually receive. We eliminate this confusion by offering pre-assembled eighths bundles so that you’re not left guessing what you will receive.

  • 3-4 cubic ft. freezer space is needed for 1/4 beef
  • 6-8 cubic ft. freezer space is needed for 1/2 beef
  • 12-16 cubic ft. freezer space is needed for 1 whole beef
